Moving Forward
If you have determined that your company could benefit from improving your outsourced collections management processes, the next step is to evaluate how EqX will expedite collections and reduce cost.

Evaluation Process
Evaluating whether EqX gives you what you need is a simple, three-step process that you can accomplish quickly with no cost or obligation:

  1. Conference Call
  2. Tech Talk
  3. Proposal
Conference Call
We will schedule a 30 to 60 minute telephone call. The most productive sessions are those that include someone from Operations, your Collections and/or Litigation Manager, and your senior IT person. We begin with a brief Q&A to understand your business, your objectives, needs, and data exchange challenges. Then we will demonstrate how EqX works and what it can do for you. Finally, we will answer any questions you may have.

Tech Talk
After executing Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements so that each of us can freely exchange the information needed to continue the evaluation process, we will schedule a 30 -60 minute conference call with your designated IT manager(s). This step affords your IT people the opportunity to do their own due diligence - to ask all the technical questions and get all the information they need to develop their own opinions. Then, they can advise management regarding the practicality and effectiveness of implementing EqX. This call also gives us the information we need to chart the implementation process and determine if there are any areas of concern.

Proposal
Once all of your questions are answered DataRose will provide you with a proposal that includes all costs and an implementation timeline.
