The EqualXchange Network™ now connects the entire Credit & Collections industry with seamless "plug and play" data exchange capabilities. The EqualXchange Network has two components: EqX Collect Connect and EqX Vendor Connect.
EqX Collect Connect™ facilitates data exchange and collections process management between creditors and debt buyers (Forwarders) and the agencies and attorneys who collect debt for them (Agencies). Through this service, debt can be placed and daily updates sent and received automatically, with no human handling. EqX Collect Connect gives Forwarders and Agencies the same view of the same data at the same time. Collaboration is maximized and report generation time is all but eliminated.
EqX Vendor Connect™ facilitates data exchange between data vendors and other service providers such as credit bureaus, skip tracing services, letter vendors, and electronic payment providers (Vendors) and the collections agencies and attorneys who use their services (Clients). EqX Vendor Connect solves a long-standing problem for both parties - the ability to on-board new Clients/Vendors quickly and inexpensively without dependencies on the Client's collections software company or internal IT staff.
Rosetta.ETL™ software lets companies accomplish process flow, data mapping, interface building, and other data exchange functions in as little as 1/10th the time it otherwise takes using conventional methods. Rosetta.ETL can more than double IT staff productivity, and cut on-boarding time in half.
CallNow!™ increases right party contact rates. Used as an adjunct to your call center dialer software, CallNow! analyzes the dialer's history data to determine the best times to call a party. The ability to more frequently and predictably reach right parties increases call center efficiencies and revenues and reduces operating costs.
FirstCollect™ is a fully automated system for the collection of low balance debt. The use of human resources to collect balances under $1,000 is rarely profitable. FirstCollect changes this calculus by using DataRose's core technologies to link best of breed solutions into a fully automated end-to-end virtual collections process. After the virtual collections process, uncollected debt is then automatically placed with 3rd party agencies and then managed, recalled and re-placed based on each client's own business rules. The final step is liquidation, which is also automated and efficient.
