EqX delivers everything you need from an outsourced collections management system. It includes programmatic transfer and integration of both data and documents, plus notification and confirmation of each transfer. EqX is a web-based application that delivers anywhere/anytime access to data management, analysis, and reporting tools that create accountability, monitor collections status and results, and help ensure regulatory compliance. EqX automatically exchanges all data and document files between senders and receivers, integrates the transferred data within the correct account files, and then notifies the sender and the receiver of the transfer — no people involved!

Unlike other EDI services, EqX translates the sender's data into the receiver's data format. This proven technology automatically associates imported data and documents with the right fields, in the right files, in the receiver's collections software.

Platform Agnostic
EqX is 100% compatible with all commercially available collections management software. We support all leading data formats including BFrame, B-File, YGC, and a host of others. All of the features of EqX can be fully utilized using Internet Explorer(R), Firefox(R), Mozilla(R), Opera(R), Safari(R) or Konquerer(R) under a variety of operating systems: Windows, Linux, Unix, Solaris(R), AIX(R) and Mac OSX(R).

EqX supports PDF, PFD, JPEG, TIFF, DOC, GIF, DBX, EPS, MOV, PNG, WMV, AIF, and more. EqX does not use resource-hungry Java, ActiveX or plug-ins.

80R™ — our Amorphous Data Recognition artificial intelligence translator — analyzes data streams from the sender, recognizes and algorithmically identifies their data types, and then generates code to allocate the data to the correct data field of the recipient's database.

DataRose defeated browser incompatibility with a similar approach that recognizes not the browser itself, but its features and traits, creating the future-proof ability to use any browser to access the full capabilities and speed of EqX.

We also took an all-inclusive approach with respect to Internet transfer protocols. Rather than choosing to support only one or a limited number of protocols, we simply incorporated all standard protocols.

Reliability is born of infrastructure and reinforced by experience — through development practices, knowing what can go wrong, and making sure it doesn't. Infrastructure is the foundation. We have built our systems on "server class" multiple, redundant machines in geographically diverse Data Centers using Tier 1 providers. We rely on best of breed, UNIX based systems for their proven, scalable, and stable architecture and security.

We deploy best practices to avoid disaster. Most important, we have the ability to recover from it within minutes or hours — not days. We constantly mirror data every sixty seconds and can transparently switch to the failover server within hours, minimizing business interruption.

All data is sandboxed and evaluated prior to being loaded into our system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy otherwise degraded by unfiltered, incorrectly formatted, redundant, or alien data.

Secure
DataRose utilizes HIPAA, FISMA & GLBA Compliant ISO 9001:2000 SAS-70 Systrust Data Centers. For file-based data exchange, SFTP or PGP encryption is used. We also support both https and ftps data transfer protocols.

Our systems are designed to prevent access by unauthorized people; our data and presentation servers are separate and independent. There is no Internet access to our database servers. Our service does not compromise the security of your database. We do not require and do not have access to your database - only to the data you transfer. We do not deploy ActiveX or Java.

EqX enables you to control intra-company security based on each user's designated functions and desired access level. Our system allows your administrator to assign unique, password protected, user accounts. These passwords are not available to us.
