Ten Key Questions to Ask Your Managers*
  1. What is account data and document transfer really costing us? What are we spending to pay people to make sure information was received or transferred, and to re-input data that we received?
  2. What are we spending to send and receive Verification of Debt and other documents and media? How much staff time is consumed faxing, shipping, mailing, emailing, and following up to make sure we got what we need, or that what we sent got where it was going?
  3. What if we kept doing the same volume of business and cut our data and document transfer and handling costs in half?
  4. How would it change our business if we could double our account volume without any increase in our current administrative staff levels?
  1. What would happen if accounts and claims never got misplaced and were worked the same day we forwarded or received them?
  2. What are errors costing us from data entered incorrectly, from files lost or misplaced, and from deadlines missed?
  3. What if we could track and report, in seconds, up to the minute information on remittances, and the status of accounts and claims?
  4. How much time and money could we save if we didn't have to write a new software interface every time we start doing business with another company?
  5. Wouldn't our IT staff be more productive if they didn't have to fiddle with importing and exporting data and documents, and writing and re-writing data formats and new interfaces?
  6. What would we save - in time and money - if we could not only increase our compliance, but also automatically document and prove it?
* And One to Ask Yourself

Wouldn't we be more profitable and competitive if we had totally automated data and document transfer, and analysis and reporting at a cost of only a few dollars per account?
